Customers can continue the application processing either from partner's site or Citibank site
Customers have the option to process their application either from partner's site or Citibank site. By clicking on the Save and Exit link at the bottom of the Basic Information page shown in the previous step, the customers receive an alert message from Citibank with the application reference number and a link. By clicking on this link, they exit from the partner's site and continue from Citibank online channel.
Customers continue to provide their personal details
In addition to the basic information provided by the customers in the previous step, they are also required to provide some additional information like their Email id.
If the customers agree to share their details with Citibank, they click in the provided check box and then click on continue to create a new application.Refer below API callout to create a new Application.
By clicking on Continue, the customers can continue with their application processing from the partner's site. However, by clicking on the Save and Exit link, their application is saved and an alert is generated as illustrated above in the journey.

Customers provide their home address details
In addition to the personal details provided so far by the customers, they also need to provide their home address details including unit, floor, block, madatory primary address and an optional secondary addresses as per their choice.

Customer's information is being processed
After providing the required details, the customers have to wait till the time their shared information is getting processed.At this step, a background process is triggered which returns the In Principal approval status of the application.
The customer's application is either approved or rejected, based on the information shared so far. In case of application approval, the credit limit and other products that can be offered to the customer is determined.

Customers to provide their preferred mailing address and language for futher communication.

Customers to upload the supporting documents and submit their application
Customers to upload their documents like identity proof, income proof and other supporting documents.

The customers can either choose to upload the supporting documents and submit their application or they click on the Save and Exit link. On selecting the latter option, their application is saved and an alert is generated as illustrated above in the journey.

Application Submission Confirmation
After the application is submitted successfully,the customers receive a confirmation message from Citibank with the application reference number and a link to print the application.
Customers receive an acknowledgement message for their credit card application
After submitting the application for Citi Credit Card, the customers receive an acknowledgement from the bank.The customers can check the status of their application by clicking on the provided link along with the provision to view the Product Disclosure Sheet.
