Customers to provide additional contact details
In addition to the basic information shared by the customers in the previous step, they are also required to share some additional information like their phone number and Email id. The customer's application is either approved or rejected, based on the information shared so far. In case of application approval, the credit limit and other products that can be offered to the customer is determined.

Customers to set their preferred credit limit
Post successful In principal approval, the customers are given an option to set up their preferred credit limit on the card. They can either opt to go with the credit limit assigned by the bank or specify a lower credit limit of their choice.

Customers to upload their documents like proof of address, proof of Australian residency, proof of employment, other income proof and other supporting documents. They also need to go through and agree to the Customer Confirmation and Declaration information in order to finally process the application.

After the application is submitted successfully, the customers receive a confirmation message from Citibank with the application reference number and a link to print the application.

After submitting the application for Citi Credit Card, the customers receive an acknowledgement from the bank. The customers can check the status of their application by clicking on the provided link along with the provision to view the Product Disclosure Sheet.
